These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BabyMilu products and services, including the BabyMilu plush device, mobile applications, websites, voice services (including character calls), and related software and content (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Good Humans Inc. ("BabyMilu," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. BabyMilu is not a children's toy and is not designed for use by minors. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Description of the Services
BabyMilu provides an interactive AI-powered companion experience that may include:
- A physical plush device with embedded electronics and display
- AI-generated voice and text interactions
- Character-based conversational experiences
- Mobile and web applications
The Services rely on artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment, companionship, and creative purposes only.
3. No Professional Advice
BabyMilu does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice. Any responses or interactions generated by the Services are not a substitute for professional judgment or care. Do not rely on the Services for decisions involving health, safety, finances, or legal matters.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and lawful
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Services
- Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass security measures
- Use the Services for harassment, abuse, or unlawful activities
5. AI Behavior and Limitations
You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or fictional
- AI behavior is probabilistic and may change over time
- Continuity, memory, or personality traits are not guaranteed
BabyMilu does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, character consistency, or data persistence.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 BabyMilu Content
All software, hardware designs, firmware, visual assets, text, audio, characters, and branding associated with BabyMilu are owned by or licensed to Good Humans Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
6.2 User Content
You may provide inputs such as text, voice, images, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Services, you grant BabyMilu a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.
7. Character and Fandom Disclaimer
BabyMilu may offer character-inspired experiences requested by users. These experiences are fan-oriented, transformative, and fictional. BabyMilu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party rights holders unless explicitly stated.
8. Payments, Pre-Orders, and Refunds
Certain Services may require payment, including pre-orders for physical products.

- Pre-orders may involve estimated shipping timelines
- Refund and cancellation policies are disclosed at checkout or in official communications
We reserve the right to modify pricing or availability at any time.
9. Hardware Disclaimer
The BabyMilu plush device:
- Contains electronic components
- Is not waterproof
- Is not intended for children or pets
You agree to use the device as instructed. BabyMilu is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to data practices described therein.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We may:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABYMILU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABYMILU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BABYMILU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BabyMilu and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
